Case study: PFM dental bridgework had been applied on teeth with tooth stump destroyed over time and dental crowns worn out

Solution: installing a fixed prosthesis

Treatment: 3.5 (20), 3.7 (17), 4.5 (29) and 4.7 (31) teeth were extracted with simultaneous installation of 4 dental implants; crowns were made 2 months after the surgery

Case study: CT scan showed cysts on 2.6 (14) and 3.6 (19) teeth not feasible for conservative treatment

Solution: dental implantation

Treatment: 2.6 (14) and 3.6 (19) teeth were extracted with simultaneous installation of 2 dental implants; crowns were made 4 months after the surgery

Case study: routine CT scan showed periodontal changes on tops of the teeth roots not feasible for conservative treatment

Solution: dental implantation

Treatment: 3.7 (18), 3.6 (19), 4.3 (27), 4.5 (29), 4.6 (30), 4.7 (31) teeth were extracted with simultaneous installation of 5 dental implants; crowns were made 3 months after the surgery

Case study: teeth under the crowns completely destroyed without possibility of further restoration; cysts found

Solution: installing a fixed prosthesis

Treatment: 1.4 (5), 1.3 (6), 1.1 (8), 2.1(9), 2.3 (11) teeth extraction with simultaneous installation of dental implants; installation of fixed prosthesis that was made 24 hours after the surgery

Case study: pain during eating, 4.6 (30) tooth crown is completely destroyed by tooth decay, CT revealed a cyst that did not allow simultaneous extraction and implantation

Solution: two-stage dental implantation according to the standard protocol

Treatment: abutment was installed simultaneously with the implant; in 2 months after the surgery due to the lack of attached mucosa volume palatal graft was harvested and soft tissue grafting near 4.6 (30) tooth dental implant performed; dental crown was made 5 months after the tooth extraction

Case study: 4.5 (29), 4.6 (30), 4.7 (31) teeth missing, chewing problem

Solution: dental implantation with further manufacture of fixed dental prosthesis

Treatment: soft tissue graft was performed to restore the gum volume; abutments was installed simultaneously with the implants; due to the lack of attached mucosa volume soft tissue grafting near implants was performed 2 months after the surgery with transplant taken from the palate to create the gum volume; dental crown was made 3 months after the tooth extraction

Case study: 4.6 (30), 4.7 (31) teeth missing, chewing problem

Solution: dental implantation and bone grafting

Treatment: soft tissue grafting was performed to restore gum volume; 2 implants were installed simultaneously with bone grafting performed using the GBR (guided bone regeneration) method; in 6 months due to the lack of attached mucosa volume palatal graft was harvested and soft tissue grafting near the implants performed; dental crown was made 5 months after the tooth extraction; abutments installed 1 month after the surgery
